By confirming a booking, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Company refers to Kala Tours And Travels.
Client / Traveler / Passenger refers to the person(s) booking or traveling.
Services include tours, hotel bookings, transport, visas, flights, cruises, sightseeing, travel insurance, and related services.
Supplier refers to airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise companies, or any third-party service provider.
2.1 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from the company.
2.2 A non-refundable deposit of 25%–40% of the total tour cost is required to secure bookings.
2.3 Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.
2.4 Bookings made within 30 days of departure require 100% payment at the time of booking.
2.5 Prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received.
3.1 Tour prices are based on current exchange rates, airfare, fuel charges, and government taxes at the time of quotation.

Standard cancellation charges:

4.2 Refund timelines: 15–30 working days after approval.
5.1 Any changes requested by the client after confirmation may incur amendment fees.
5.2 Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
5.3 The company reserves the right to alter itinerary due to operational requirements.
6.1 The client must hold a valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from travel date.
6.2 Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.

The company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control including:

11.1 Clients must comply with local laws and regulations of the destination.
11.2 Any illegal activity, misconduct, or behavior affecting other travelers may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
11.3 Any damage caused to property must be compensated by the client.
12.1 International flight check-in: Minimum 3–4 hours prior to departure.
12.2 Domestic flight check-in: Minimum 2 hours prior.
12.3 Standard hotel check-in: 1400 hrs
12.4 Standard hotel check-out: 1100 hrs
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
13.1 Refunds will be processed after receiving funds from suppliers.
13.2 Processing time: 15–30 working days.
13.3 Bank charges, service charges, visa fees, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
14.1 Any issues must be reported immediately to the tour manager or company representative during the trip.
14.2 Complaints submitted after completion of travel may not be entertained.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai & Hyderabad, India courts only.
